DAY 1 OF 30
⏱ 10 min Week 1

Grounding & Breath Awareness

Welcome to Day 1 of your 30-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge. Today is all about establishing a solid foundation. Before we can flow or build strength, we must learn to connect our breath to slow, deliberate movement.

There is no rush, no pressure, and no perfect way to look. The only goal today is to arrive on your mat, breathe consciously, and observe how your body feels without judgement. Let's begin.

Today's Poses

Easy Pose (Breath Awareness)
Seated Neck Stretches
Cat-Cow Stretch

Child's Pose
Poses Today 5
